Question: What’s my password?
Answer: There is no password.
In order to log on to the Members Only area of fbinaa.org, you need to know 2 things:
- your name (full first and last with no space between)
- your member number (it’s on your membership card and never changes)
Question: Why can’t I log on?
Answer: You probably put a space between your first and last name, or used a middle initial. See above to resolve.
Question: What’s my member number?
Answer: It’s on your membership card and it never changes.
Question: How can I pay my dues?
Answer: You can pay online at www.fbinaa.org. You can mail your check directly to your chapter. You can mail your check directly to the Executive Office at: FBINAA, Inc. FBI Academy, Quantico, VA 22135.
Question: Did I pay my dues this year?
Answer: Log on to member’s only and view past payment history.
Question: Why won’t the website load properly?
Answer: You need to use the latest version of Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. The website does not work with AOL’s browser.
Question: Why didn’t I receive my magazine?
Answer: Your address may be outdated. Take a moment to check/update your contact information. Addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses change frequently. Please keep this information up to date. Our system notifies us when you make a change, so you don’t have to—yet another way to keep membership simple.
Question: How can I receive a receipt or invoice for my membership dues payment?
Answer: Contact your chapter directly, or you can contact the Executive Office by sending an email to info@fbinaa.org. If emailing the Executive Office, please tell us your name, agency, member number, and session number.
Question: Why haven’t I received my membership card?
Answer: Membership cards are exported to a card company, typically at the beginning of each month. Our system is set up to generate a list of members that have paid their dues. It typically takes 3 weeks from the export of the list to a card reaching a member’s mailbox. If you paid your dues, but have not received your card, please notify us in the Executive Office by calling or sending an email to info@fbinaa.org. We can get you a temporary card within 1 week.
Question: Can I come to the Academy for a visit?
Answer: Security measures at the FBI Academy are very tight. In order to come to the Academy, you must schedule a visit prior to your intended date. You must be on escorted access at all times. Your visit needs to be coordinated with available staff prior to your visit.
Question: How can I become a member of the FBINAA?
Answer: Membership to the NAA is open only to graduates of the FBI’s National Academy Program. You must be a lieutenant or higher in rank in order to be considered for the NA. Contact your local FBI office and your supervisor/superiors for more information.
Question: How many members are there in the FBINAA?
Answer: The FBINAA has over 17,000 members worldwide.

Answer: You can visit the chapter web pages within the members only section, or contact the Executive Office directly at info@fbinaa.org for contact information.
