Deputy Eileen Behr, Vice-President of Public Safety
Eileen Behr, Session 209, congratulations on your retirement from Drexel University! Your 45 years in law enforcement is remarkable and commendable, knowing that you have definitely made a tremendous mark on the safety and security in the region. Our Chapter wishes you the best of luck in your new career in the private sector and wish you much health and success.
Chief of Police Thomas J. Nestel III, Septa Police Department
Congratulations to Thomas J. Nestel III, Session 198, on your retirement from Septa Police Department after 40 years of service with Philadelphia Police, Upper Moreland Township Police Department, and most recently, the Septa Police Department. Our chapter wishes you continued health and success in your future endeavors.
Passings
The Eastern PA Chapter sadly announces the passing of Richard C. Bullick, Session 182, of the Philadelphia Police Department on June 19, 2022. Rick was born and raised in the Olney section of Philadelphia. He was a graduate of Olney High School in 1966. After graduation, he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Upon his discharge, Rick joined the Philadelphia Police Department and soon met Anne, who would be his wife of 48 years. After 42 years serving the city of Philadelphia, Rick retired at the rank of Chief Inspector. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bullick family, thank you for your service, Rick.
