Welcome to the Washington State Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates' official website! We are a dynamic chapter with nearly 300 active members.
At the Washington Chapter, we prioritize fostering a strong community among our members. Our team, which includes a training coordinator, retiree coordinator, and chapter historian, play integral roles in organizing and leading our events. We are committed to providing ongoing executive leadership development and relevant police & law enforcement training throughout Washington state.
As we look ahead, the Washington Chapter is excited about the upcoming years of service. We will continue to grow, evolve, and contribute to the success of the FBI National Academy Associates. The Hermosa Beach (CA) Police Department has enjoyed 100% retention at every position for nearly the past five years. Not a single employee has left to do the same job at another agency during that time. One major factor in this success was their willingness to embrace the new generation employee who comes to the workplace with unique and valuable skills. Paul and Rick will discuss their strategy, techniques, and lessons learned to help you develop and retain the next generation of police staff and leaders.
