This certification is a series of courses, open to all law enforcement professionals and will encompass the latest strategies, techniques and real-world leadership scenarios to prepare each attendee to better lead their respective unit, shift or agency into the unpredictable future of law enforcement.
This program was developed in conjunction with Strategic Alliance, Legal and Liability Risk Management Institute, to continue to develop Gold Standard law enforcement leaders across the country during these critical times.

- Learning how to enhance performance
- Identifying your personal leadership style
- Mastering the Q6 Performance Leadership Model
- Learning the nuances of successfully leading a multi-generational team
- The importance and value of open communications between leader and follower
- Mastering the fundamental principles of effective leadership and efficient management
- Scenario specific real-world applications to enhance leader growth, using lessons learned
- Topics, exercises, and scenarios will continually be updated as current events emerge weekly in this profession
How the FBINAA Leadership Certification Program Works:
To complete the FBINAA Leadership Certification Program you must:
- Complete Course One: Meeting the Leadership Challenges of Law Enforcement (3 Day Program)
- Complete Course Two: Mastering the Leadership Challenges of Law Enforcement (4.5 Day Program)
- Complete Course Three: Attend one of the FBINAA Leadership Forum Courses (2 or 3 Day Program)
- Complete a Self Study Research Paper assigned to you by the FBINAA Education and Training Division

The Self Study Research Assignment
Once a candidate has completed all three courses, they will need to submit a copy of their certificates to the FBINAA Education and Training Division to receive instructions for the Self Study Research Paper. All details including topic, formatting, length, and time frame will be sent to the candidate after submitting their certificates.
